I’m José Santana, a real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience helping families buy, sell, and invest in real estate in Florida and Puerto Rico.

Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, giving me extensive experience in sales, negotiations, property marketing, new construction, investment properties, and residential real estate. I also have experience in mortgage lending, which allows me to understand the transaction from both the real estate and financing perspectives.

For me, real estate has never been simply about selling houses. It’s about understanding each client’s goals, protecting their interests, negotiating with purpose, and helping them make informed decisions during one of the most important financial transactions of their lives.
